Kylie De Lauren grew up in Rye, New Hampshire and started riding when she was 6 years old. As a teenager, she obtained a National Championship Title in Western riding, during her sponsorship under Marriott Hotels. She has a dual Bachelor of Science degree in biology/premed from the University of New Hampshire, where she competed in dressage with the UNH equestrian team.

A graduate of the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art in international dressage, Kylie has been coached over the years by top trainers all the way up to Olympic level. She has also broken and trained many green horses, including her own horse, on whom she trained up to the Grand Prix and High School Levels of Dressage. She has also competed him up the levels in Dressage throughout his life. She remains actively involved in the dressage world.

Kylie has taught riding for more than 20 years and has worked as a trainer in leading equestrian facilities in New York, Connecticut and New Hampshire. She founded the Royal Equestrian Arts Academy at Shannon Trails Farm in 2017, where she selects instructors for their skills and continues to coach them based on what she learns in her ongoing training.
